Cancellation Policy

• We kindly would appreciate at least a 24 hour notice for any appointment cancellations.  Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee, equal to 50% of the appointment cancelled.

• Respectful Behavior:
  • We strive to create a peaceful and comfortable environment for all clients. We expect respectful behavior towards our staff and fellow clients.
• Children’s Policy:
  • For the safety and relaxation of all clients, we kindly request that children are not brought into the spa and salon unless they have a scheduled appointment.

Health & Safety

• Please inform our staff of any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before receiving any spa or salon services for the safety of everyone.

Gift Cards

• We appreciate you for purchasing a gift card for yourself and/or friends or family!
• Gift Cards are non-refundable, do not expire, and can be redeemed towards services only.
• Gift Cards can not be exchanged for cash.
