Gift cards- All gift cards are non-refundable

Arrival time: Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. If you are a new client please arrive 15 minutes before appointment time, as first time guests may be required to fill out and intake form prior to treatment.

Cancellations: If you must cancel, reschedule, or move your appointment, we please ask you to do so within 24 hours of your appointment time. Three or more no show, and/or no call bookings with be required to have a 50% deposit over the phone, the day of making the appointment.

Gratuity: Gratuity is completely left to your discretion. Gratuity may be left in cash. Envelopes will be provided at the front desk. Etiquette is typically 20%, our team appreciates the generosity
